Tom began his career with the IBEW Electrical Union in New York City at 18 and spent 17 years there before co-founding a family electrical business in New Jersey. In 2014, Tom and his family relocated and started their own company. Amy, Tom's wife, manages finances and works closely with him to maintain a client-focused approach..
